Our Investment Philosophy
We go beyond identifying and investing in high-growth companies. We act as advisers to our portfolio company management teams and are actively engaged in governance and value creation. The breadth of our business and investment experience allows us to support our portfolio companies in areas such as strategy, marketing, operations, finance and other functional areas.
We also apply our ESG toolkit to identify risks and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the sustainability of our portfolio companies. We offer internal support from our team and external counsel from our operating advisors and consultants. We help our companies reach their maximum potential.

We invest in high-growth, middle-market companies in West Africa with a focus on Nigeria, Ghana and Côte d’Ivoire, because we know the outstanding and untapped potential this region has to offer.

We invest as either minority or control investors through a variety of equity and mezzanine instruments in ticket sizes between $10mm+. We are primarily focused on the consumer facing and financial service sectors.
