Babs is an Associate on the investment team, responsible for deal origination, execution, and monitoring of investments and divestments.

He joined the Uhuru team from Adenia Partners, a Pan-African private equity firm, where he supported the Anglophone West Africa investment team across the full deal cycle. Previously, he was a Manager in Ernst & Young’s Transaction Advisory Services, leading engagements in corporate finance and strategy. Before that, he headed Strategy, Investments, and Projects at AfyA Care, driving M&A and capital-raising in healthcare. Earlier, he worked in asset management and investment research roles at Coronation and AXA Mansard Investments. He is a graduate from the University of Lagos and a CFA Level III Candidate.

Outside of work, he enjoys staying active through resistance training and sports, exploring adventurous travel, and leading social-impact and pro-bono initiatives that support small businesses.
